SIXE

He studied the viola with Yuko Inoue, Roger Benedict and Scott Dickenson at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester obtaining a BA and PGDip. He presently freelances with orchestras such as RLPO, BBC Symphony and the Philharmonia Orchestra. He has played with the European Union Youth Orchestra since 2001 under conductors such as Colin Davis, Vladimir Ashkenazy and James Conlan. He is currently Principal viola in the Janacek Philharmonic a new orchestra which was formed by conductor Jan Latham Koenig, and have performed in concerts in Luhacovice, Strasbourg, and more recently Berlin.
