The Musica/Realtà ensemble has been on contemporary music scene since 1975. It participated to various festivals: Biennale of Venezia, Unione Musicale of Torino, Autunno
Musicale of Como. In addition, it participated to numerous Giornate di Musica Contemporanea as: English, French and Russian music and new research. It played also in Milano (Teatro La Scala, Sala Verdi, Nuovo Piccolo Teatro) Roma, Firenze, Reggio E., Sassari, in the programs of Nuova Musica.
It recorded with the following record houses: Philips, Erato, Emi, Ricordi.
Their conductor, the violinist Astorre Ferrari, is a soloist with the following chamber music ensembles: I Musici di Roma, Gaspare da Salò di Brescia, I Solisti Veneti. He has been First Violin in the following orchestras: I Pomeriggi musicali of Milano, Toscanini of Parma, L Scala of Milano, Teatro dell'Opera of Roma, RAI of Milano.
He played with the ensemble Klavertrio in various tournée in Italy, Great Britain, Germany, France, and Russia.
As soloist played with Orchestras and Conductor as Delman, Bellugi, Nehold, Gavazzeni, Petracchi, Gusella. He recorded with Philips, Ricordi, Erato, Columbia.
