Born in Rome, Silvia Schiavoni was awarded her degree in Arts from the University in Rome. She studied classic and contemporary singing with Fausta Corti, Orietta Moscucci and Michiko Hirayama, renowned masters of Belcanto, Lyric and Contemporary Singing.
Mrs Schiavoni often edits the works she interprets as a singer, and is actively involved in vocal expression research (CRM Centro Ricerche Musicali in Rome, Gregorian Chant Ensemble directed by G. Baroffio in Rome) being present in the leading festivals of contemporary music and jazz, performing all over the world.
